We collect information you choose to submit through the lead form on this site:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Intent (buy, sell, invest, or general inquiry)
• Any message or notes you include

Standard request metadata (such as timestamp) is logged with submissions for spam prevention. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real-estate services you request.
• To follow up about properties, market updates, or next steps you ask about.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
• To meet recordkeeping obligations applicable to licensed real-estate activity.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submissions are shared only with service providers that help operate this site:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer-relationship and follow-up platform; lead submissions are forwarded to GHL so we can respond.
• Hosting and backend infrastructure — used to store form submissions and run this website.
• Compass Real Estate — when required to provide brokerage services in connection with a transaction.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

This site uses only the browser storage required to operate. It does not load third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Admin session — if you sign in to the admin area, the authentication provider stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Not used for visitors.
• Cookie notice preference — when you accept, reject, or dismiss the cookie notice, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the notice doesn't reappear on every visit.

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings. Because we do not currently load any non-essential cookies or trackers, choosing "Reject" on the cookie notice does not disable any tracking — there is none to disable.

Lead submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on the admin dashboard. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the following rights regarding personal information we collect about you:

• Right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purpose, and who we share it with.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email kailash.chander@compass.com with the request and enough detail for us to verify your identity (for example, the email or phone number you used to contact us). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
